In 2013, Theresa moved her family to the Outer Banks from Richmond, Virginia, where she also held an active real estate sales license. Prior to becoming a Realtor, she owned and operated a successful small business. Leveraging her experience as a business owner, Theresa is a skilled negotiator, known for her superior customer service, 24/7 availability, and aggressive marketing techniques. She specializes in residential real estate (primary residences, second homes, and investment properties), always with her client's best interests at heart. In addition, her advanced knowledge and use of the latest technology ensures that clients working with her from outside of the area can expect the same exceptional service she provides for local clients. Staying current and keeping her finger on the pulse of market changes, Theresa is able to educate her clients about real estate and offers a realistic outlook on what they can achieve in today's residential market.
